Can i take multiple service on same device?

Yes, there is no restriction on the service taken at an appliance or device level. You can take 6 to 8 maintenance visits on 1 device or 8 separate devices. In addition, unlimited repair visits are included. no visit charges.

How you ensure you are providing quality service? and its delivered?

Prior information given to customer for approval and timing for the services. All engineers who visit your premises for service or repair are authorized by Hometakerz. We ensure that they are trained and well-behaved, always protected with safety devices and right tools. at final there is a compulsory review taken after service completion. We assure any spare parts which are billed and replaced are having 100 days warranty. 

How you are going to fix complete caretaking plan price for my building or apartment ?

We will quote you a package based on number, type and age of the devices and which are the services you required.
anyhow we are happy to help you in assistance under building management plan for the product which is came out of package on special discount rate.


How you are going to charge consumable or spare parts?

We get approval from customer prior to change any spare parts and we make sure its price is competitive price in market even after assuring 100 days warranty . negligible consumable's we are not going to charge any. 

Do you have any installation method of payment ? what about cancellation?

No , We are not offering any install method of payment , once the price fixed means it should payable prior to the plan activation. plan get activate at very next day of payment.

YES, You can cancel the order within 15 days of activation.

What will happen to my plan if i shift my home?

If you are moving into locality where our service available means its continues otherwise not, Additionally we would like to assist you in shifting, installation and un installation of devices.
